摘  要:目的调查临床分离的178株金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU)的耐药性,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法对178株SAU的分布和耐药性进行调查分析,严格按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行SAU培养与鉴定,采用CLSI推荐的K-B法进行药物敏感试验。结果 178株SAU在痰液和咽拭子等呼吸道标本中检出70株,占39.3%;在脓液和分泌物中检出61株,占34.3%;在脑脊液、胸水、腹水等穿刺液中检出21株,占11.8%;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)分离率为37.1%,SAU对多种常用抗菌药物均产生了不同程度的耐药性,对糖肽类抗菌药物敏感率为100.0%;MRSA的耐药率均高于甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)。结论必须加强对细菌耐药性的监测与控制,以延缓细菌耐药性增长趋势。OBJECTIVE To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of 178 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus(SAU) and provide scientific evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS The clinical distribution and antimicrobial resistance of 178 SAU strains were investigated and analyzed.The bacterial cultivation and identification of SAU were performed according to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Operation Procedures.The antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed by KB method recommended by CLSI.RESULTS Totally 70 strains of SAU were detected out from the samples of sputum and throat swab,accounting fro 39.3%;61 strains were from pus and secretion,accounting for 34.3%;21 strains of SAU were detected from the puncture fluid of cerebrospinal fluid,pleural effusion and ascites,accounting for 11.8%;the isolating rate of methicillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) arrived at 37.1%.The varying drug resistance occurred in SAU against various commonly used antibiotics.SAU was 100.0% sensitive to glycopeptide antibiotics.The drug resistance rates of MRSA were all higher than those of methicillin sensitive S.aureus(MSSA).CONCLUSION It should strengthen the monitoring and controlling of the antimicrobial resistance to slow down its increasing tendency.
