峨嵋双蝴蝶的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的为峨嵋双蝴蝶的质量标准控制提供依据。方法对中药峨嵋双蝴蝶的质量控制方法进行研究,包括性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、水分检查、灰分检查和浸出物检查。结果建议峨嵋双蝴蝶的质量标准为:总灰分不得超过5.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过1.0%,水分不得超过13.0%,水溶性浸出物不得低于14.0%,醇溶性浸出物不得低于4.0%。结论该建议可以为峨嵋双蝴蝶质量标准制定提供重要参考。Objective To provide the basis for the quality control of tripterospermum cordatum（Migo） H.Smith.Methods The research included the raw material character,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification,the percentage of containing water,the ash extraction content check.Results Quality standard was proposed as follows： the total ash wasn＇t higher than 5.0%,the physicalogical ash wasn＇t higher than 1.0%,the water content wasn＇t higher than 13.0%,the total extraction content in water solvent wasn＇t lower than 14.0%,the total lixivium in ethanol solvent wasn＇t lower than 4.0%.Conclusion The suggestion could provide the reference for the establishment of the quality standards in tripterospermum cordatum（Migo）H.Smith.
