后路减压椎弓根钉治疗腰椎骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨后路减压椎弓根钉治疗腰椎骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年11月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院骨科患者48例行后路减压椎弓根钉治疗腰椎骨折的治疗情况。结果 48例腰椎骨折经过后路减压椎弓根钉固定手术治疗后骨折均达到骨性愈合,未发现断钉现象,椎弓根钉偏出椎体外1例,椎体稍后凸畸形愈合2例,内固定松动2例,患者测量术前、术后椎体前缘高度恢复率、后凸角及椎管占有率均有明显变化(P<0.05)。结论后路减压椎弓根钉固定治疗腰椎骨折,具有手术创伤小,出血少,操作简便、固定坚强、便于植骨融合,患者可以尽早下床等优点,临床上值得推广。Objective Posterior decompression of lumbar pedicle screw fracture.Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2009-2010 from Department of Orthopedics,Shiyan People＇s Hospital of Bao＇an District on Nov.48 regular patients with posterior lumbar decompression and pedicle screw fracture therapy.Result 48 patients with vertebral fractures after posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation were achieved after surgical treatment of bone fracture healing,found no breakage phenomenon,outside the vertebral pedicle screw missed 1 case of malunion convex vertebral body in 2 cases later,internal fixation loosening in 2 cases,measured in patients with preoperative and postoperative anterior vertebral height restoration rate,kyphosis angle and canal shares changed significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation for vertebral fracture with surgical trauma,less bleeding,simple,fixed-strong,easy to fusion,the patient can get out of bed as soon as possible the advantages of clinical worth promoting.
