广东从化市吕田斯氏狸殖吸虫疫源地首报  

First report of pagumogonimus skrjabini moderate infectious focus from Lutian County Conghua Guangdong province

摘　　要：目的调查广州北郊从化吕田斯氏狸殖吸虫流行分布状况。方法采集调查点山溪中螺蛳320只,溪蟹98只,用检出斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴人工感染家猫两只,收集猫粪便。检查并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴和虫卵。解剖虫卵阳性猫,查找并殖吸虫成虫。结果螺蛳斯氏狸殖吸虫尾蚴的感染率为0.03‰(1/310)。螺种为拟钉螺。蟹体斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴感染率为36.73%(36/98)。感染度平均为4.55个囊蚴/只蟹,0.53个囊蚴/g蟹。蟹种为平远南海溪蟹。解剖虫卵阳性猫,检获斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫7条,幼虫1条。结论首次发现广州北郊从化吕田流行斯氏狸殖吸虫,疫源地等级为中度(Ⅲ级)。鉴于斯氏狸殖吸虫是我国主要致病并殖吸虫,该疫源地处于从化主要旅游景区,人群生饮山溪水有感染斯氏狸殖吸虫的潜在危险,必须引起高度重视。【Objective】 To investigate the distribution of Pagumogonimus skrjabini in Lutian County Conghua,in the northern suburbs of Guangzhou.【Method】 320 snails and 98 crabs were picked from creeks.Two domestic cats were inoculated with P.skrjabini from infected snails and crabs above,and their feces samples were collected for detection of P.skrjabini cercariae,metacercariae and eggs.【Results】 P.skrjabini-positive cats were identified,in which adult worms of P.skrjabini were found.Result Infection ratio of P.skrjabini in snails is 0.03%（1/310） and the snails are identified to be Tricul.By contrast,infection ratio in crabs is 36.73%（36/98）,with an average intensity of infection of 4.55 metacercariae per crab,and 0.53 matacercariae per gram crab.Crabs are identified to be Nanhai potamon pingyuanense Seven adult worms and one larvae of P.skrjabini were found in two domestic cats inoculated with P.skrjabini.【Conclusion】 Lutan County Conghua in Guangzhou＇s Northern suburb as a moderate infectious focus of P.skrjabini（Grade Ⅲ） is reported for the 1st time.In view of the facts that P.skrjabini is one of the major disease-causing paragonimus and the infectious focus is located in the major scenic spot of Conghua,where tourists are at risk of being infected with P.skrjabini by drinking water directly from streams.We need to pay attention to human infection with P.skrjabini.
