大专女生月经失调的因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益阳医专大专女学生月经失调的因素,为指导女大专生的经期保健工作提供科学依据。方法随机抽取益阳医专就读的三年级、护理专业的20个大专班共1200名女学生,用自拟月经健康问卷表进行调查及相关因素分析。结果月经失调者376人,占31.33%,精神心理因素、饮食睡眠无规律、经常用手机电脑等在月经失调者中所占的比例明显高于在月经正常者中所占的比例,二者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论影响月经的因素主要有精神心理因素、不良饮食睡眠习惯、电离副射等。【Objective】 To explore the factors causing menstrual disorders of the female students in Yiyang Medical College and provide the scientific basis for menstrual health.【Methods】 A random sample of 1,200 female students came from to classes of nursing major,with self-conducted questionnaire survey was reviewed to identify the related factors.【Results】 376 girls with menstrual disorders accounted for 31.33%,the students with psychological factors,irregular diet and sleep,frequency mobile phones and computer lues took the higher rate of menstrual disorders than the menstrual normals.There exsisted a significant difference between the two（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The main factors affecting menstrual dirorders include psychological factors,unhealthy diet and sleep,electron radiation,etc.
