摘 要:针对国内煤矿排水系统中现有控制方式效率低、劳动强度大、误操作多等问题,介绍了一种矿井智能排水系统的软件和硬件设计。该系统主要由泵房智能控制器和地面监控中心组成,泵房智能控制器负责监测水仓的水位高度,一旦超过设定的水位高度A线后会自动启动水泵工作,当水位低于设定的水位高度B线时会自动停止工作,同时水位的高度会通过CAN总线传送到地面的监控中心;监控中心能够实时掌握井下各水仓的水位变化情况,并可以远程控制水泵的开关。实验表明,该系统工作稳定可靠,控制精度高,不仅实现了自动排水的功能,也实现了地面集中监测排水系统的功能,提高了煤矿排水系统的安全性和可靠性。The hardware and software of intelligent draining system were designed for problems of current inefficiency,intensity of work,mistaking operations in coal mine at home.The system is composed of intelligent controller in pump rooms and monitoring center on ground,the intelligent controller is charge in monitoring the water level of absorbing well,starting automatically the pump once the water level exceeds the A line of pre-set height,stop working when the water level is lower than the B line of pre-set height,meanwhile,the information of water level will be send to the monitoring center on ground through CAN-BUS;The monitoring center can master the changing water level of each absorbing well in real time,and remotely control the switch of pumps.The experiment shows that the system works reliable,high accuracy,achieves automatic draining and group monitoring of draining system,which improves the safety and reliability of draining system in coal mine.
