城市科技竞争力评价体系研究——以深圳为例

摘　　要：作为应创新而生的中国第一个经济特区,作为第一个国家创新型试点城市,深圳在科技竞争力领域一直走在全国前列。但是,深圳科技竞争力也存在明显短板,如人才培养能力弱、公益性高端研究机构短缺、成本高企等等。在从"速度深圳"向"质量深圳"转型过程中,深圳需采取有效措施,进一步提高科技竞争力,构建"质量深圳"的科技优势。As the first special economic zone established with Innovation and the first National Innovation Pilot City,Shenzhen has been in the head list of Chinese City in the area of technological competitiveness for a long time.However,there are still some obvious weaknesses in Shenzhen＇s technological competitiveness,such as the weak personnel Training capacity、the shortage of high-level public research institute、 the increasing cost,etc.In the transition process from ＂speed Shenzhen＂ to ＂quality Shenzhen we must take effective measures to improve technological competitiveness of Shenzhen further,and construct the technological advantage of ＂Quality Shenzhen＂.
