摘 要:从场协同原理出发,提出了基于场协同理论的无因次性能因子来综合评价换热表面的强化传热效果。为表述其正确性,列举了螺旋扭曲扁管及波纹板通道两个例子,进行三维数值模拟,计算了无因次性能因子并将其与传统的强化传热评价因子进行比较,结果表明:两者趋势一致,能够反映换热表面的综合性能,可以将其作为强化传热综合性能的评价参量。From the perspective of the field synergy theory,a non-dimensional performance factor Ф was presented for comprehensively evaluating the intensified heat conduction effectiveness on the heat exchange surfaces.To prove its soundness and correctness,two examples were enumerated for conducting a three-dimensional numerical simulation,i.e.spirally twisted flat tube and corrugated-plate-formed passages.The non-dimensional performance factor Φ was calculated and compared with the traditional intensified heat conduction evaluation factor η.It has been found that both Φ and η assume an identical tendency and can reflect the overall performance of the heat exchange surfaces,therefore they can both serve as parameters for evaluating overall performance of intensified heat conduction.
