摘  要:采用石油系中间相沥青为原料,通过发泡、炭化和石墨化工艺制备了沥青基泡沫炭,为了提高泡沫炭的机械强度,用聚碳硅烷(PCS)对其进行了浸渍-裂解(PIP)增强处理.扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图片显示,增强泡沫炭结构保持完整,孔隙内壁可见沉积薄层;X射线衍射(XRD)分析确认该薄层为PCS的裂解产物β-SiC.压缩强度测试结果表明,经过3次PIP工艺,压缩强度随PIP次数的增加而显著提高,最大可提高到泡沫炭的3.80倍.Pitch-derived carbon foams were prepared with petroleum mesophase pitch by the processes of foaming,carbonization and graphitization.The obtained carbon foams were treated with precursor infiltration and pyrolysis(PIP) technics using polycarbosilane(PCS) aiming to reinforce the mechanical strength of the foams.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) micrographs displayed that strength-enhanced carbon foams maintained integrally the original structures and the deposit lamella could be observed on the inner wall.The results of powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that the pyrolysis product of PCS was β-SiC.Compressive strength tests indicated that the compressive strength of the carbon foams observably increased with the PIP times and enhanced 3.80 multiple at most.
