摘　　要：为了提高电工圆铝杆的轧制工艺性能和产品质量,结合实际生产试验研究了乳液浓度、温度、使用时的压力、流量,对铝杆轧制工艺性能和产品的表面质量、力学性能等的影响。找到了乳液的合适的工艺参数范围,以及对乳液的正确管理方法。In order to improve the rolling technology and the quality of electrical industry used aluminum rod,the influence of emulsion concentration and temperature,supplying pressure and flow rate on rolling technology property,surface quality and mechanical properties of the rods have been investigated at industrial production condition.As the result,the optimum technology parameter and suitable managing measure of the emulsion have been found.
