摘  要:目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者(SLE)外周血CD4+CD127-调节性T细胞(Treg)的表达水平及意义。方法应用流式细胞术检测SLE患者(10例SLE活动期、10例SLE非活动期)和20例健康志愿者外周血CD4+、CD4+CD127-Treg及CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg的表达水平。结果活动期组CD4+T细胞占淋巴细胞的比例显著高于非活动期组,而CD4+CD127-和CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg显著低于非活动组。非活动期组CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD4+CD127-Treg和CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg较健康对照组差异无显著性。结论由于缺乏CD4+CD127-Treg,SLE免疫抑制功能降低,提示Treg可能在SLE的发病机制中发挥重要作用。【Objective】 To investigate the significance of CD4+ CD25+ CD127-regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).【Methods】 Flow cytometry was used to quantify cell populations.CD4+,CD4+ CD127-T cells and CD4+ CD25+ CD127-T cells were considered.【Results】 The ratio of CD4+ T cells in lymphocytes was significantly highter in active SLEs than in inactive SLEs.Compared with inactive SLEs,active SLEs had significantly decreased CD4+ CD127-and CD4+ CD25+ CD127-Treg.Between inactive SLEs and controls,there was no significant difference,in CD4+ T lymphocytes,CD4+ CD127-Treg and CD4+ CD25+ CD127-Treg.【Conclusion】 Our data indicates that patients with active SLE have deficient regulatory T cells,and regular T cells probably have an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
