3L袋装生理盐水与改良膀胱冲洗器在经尿道双极等离子切割器前列腺切除术后膀胱冲洗中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨3L袋装生理盐水与改良膀胱冲洗器在经尿道双极等离子切割器前列腺切除(PKRP)术后膀胱冲洗中的作用。方法将108例行PKRP术患者按入院日期单、双号随机分为实验组58例和对照组50例,实验组术后用3L袋装生理盐水与改良膀胱冲洗器冲洗膀胱,对照组用500mL瓶装生理盐水与一次性输液器冲洗膀胱,并评价两组的膀胱冲洗效果。结果实验组膀胱冲洗效果(术后持续冲洗时间、冲洗液总量、冲洗最大速度、冲洗通畅情况;导尿管留置时间、住院天数、术后并发症、术后膀胱镜下血块清除术;发生冲洗液外漏和尿管漏尿等情况)优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用3L袋装生理盐水与改良膀胱冲洗器行膀胱冲洗能有效提高PKRP术后膀胱冲洗效果,防止术后出血与膀胱填塞并发症,应在临床工作中加以推广和应用。【Objective】 To investigate the effects of physiological saline packed with 3 L bag and improved bladder douching device in bladder douching after PKRP surgery.【Methods】 108 patients with PKRP surgery were randomly divided into experimental group（58 cases） and control group（50 cases） according to admission date.Patients in the treatment group were treated with physiological saline packed with 3 L bag and improved bladder douching device,and those in the control group were treated with physiological saline packed with 500 mL bottle and disposable infusion set.The douching effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared after treatments.【Results】 The douching effects（continual douching time after surgery,fluid volume,max douching speed,patency situation,catheter indwelling time,length of stay,postoperative complications and so on） of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the difference had statistic significance（P 0.05）.【Conclusions】 Physiological saline packed with 3 L bag and improved bladder douching device can improve the effects of bladder douching after PKRP surgery and prevent postoperative bleeding and bladder filling,which should be promoted and applied in the clinical work.
