摘　　要：目的:观察左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压伴抑郁情绪患者的疗效。方法:46例老年高血压伴抑郁情绪患者(治疗组)和46例老年高血压不伴抑郁情绪患者(对照组)均服用左旋氨氯地平2.5mg,qd,疗程8周;比较2组患者治疗前后血压和SDS评分变化,记录不良反应。结果:2组患者降压的总有效率、降压幅度和SDS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组SDS评分有下降趋势;2组患者未出现不良反应。结论:左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压伴抑郁情绪患者的疗效好,不良反应少。OBJECTIVE To observe effect of levamlodipine on elderly hypertensive patients with depression. METHODS 46 elderly hypertensive patients with depression（therapy group） and 46 elderly hypertensive patients without depression （control group） were treated with 2.5 mg levamlodipine once a day for 8 weeks. The change of blood pressure and level of depression were compared between two groups after 8 weeks, and the side effects were recorded. RESULTS There was no significant difference in total effective rate, fall in blood pressure and scores of SDS between two groups after 8 weeks treatment, but scores of SDS in therapy group show tendency of decline. There were no obvious side effects recorded. CONCLUSION The antihypertive effect of levamlodipine on elderly hypertensive patients with depression was obvious and there was few side effects.
