摘 要:H3菌株是从自然界中通过选择性培养基筛选得到的一株对稻瘟病有高抗性的几丁质酶产生菌。测定了该菌株对几种病原真菌的抑制效果以及对水稻生长发育的影响,结果表明:H3菌株对几种病原真菌有明显抑制作用,对稻瘟病、水稻纹枯病、棉花枯萎病、小麦赤霉病、黄瓜枯萎病的抑菌率分别为72.17%、44.58%、62.63%、50.00%、55.77%;H3菌株发酵液具有促进水稻生长和干物质积累的功能,发酵液处理水稻后其出苗率和成苗质量有较大提高。H3 strain is an anti-rice blast chitinase producing strain which was screened from the natural with the selective medium.The inhibitory effect of H3 strain on several pathogenic fungi and the promoting effect of H3 strain on rice growth were tested.The results showed that H3 strain significantly inhibited several pathogenic fungi,and the anti-fungi rates of H3 strain on rice blast,rice sheath blight,Fusarium vasinfectum,Fusarium gramineum and F.oxysporum wilt were 72.17%,44.58%,62.63%,50.00% and 55.77%,respectively;H3 fermentation broth can promote rice growth and dry matter accumulation.Seedling germination rate and seedling quality has greatly improved after rice was treated by H3 fermentation broth.
