摘 要:为了减小钛合金与金属偶合的接触腐蚀,采用微弧氧化技术,在TC4钛合金表面生成了一层主要由A l2TiO5相、锐钛矿TiO2相及金红石TiO2相组成的多孔膜。研究了TC4钛合金微弧氧化前后与45钢、LY12铝合金和紫铜偶合的电偶腐蚀行为。结果表明:3种金属分别与TC4钛合金偶合时,45钢会发生严重的电偶腐蚀,LY12铝合会发生严重的不均匀点蚀,紫铜没有明显的腐蚀;与微弧氧化后TC4钛合金偶合时,45钢的电偶电流降低至原来的1/8,LY12铝合金降低至原来的1/11,紫铜降低至原来的1/3。TC4钛合金微弧氧化可有效地降低与之偶合金属的电偶腐蚀。Porous ceramic coatings composed of Al2TiO5,anatase TiO2 and rutile TiO2 were prepared on the surface of TC4 alloy by micro-arc oxidation.The galvanic corrosion behavior of TC4 alloy and its micro-arc oxidation coating coupled with 45 steel,LY12 aluminum alloy and red copper was investigated.It was found that when coupled with TC4 alloy,45 steel and LY12 experienced serious galvanic corrosion and uneven pitting respectively,but red copper did not show obvious corrosion.Couple current for 45 steel,LYl2 aluminum alloy and red copper coupled with the TC4 alloy after micro-arc oxidation was reduced to 1/8,1/11 and 1/3 of that for the metals coupled with untreated TC4 alloy respectively.The galvanic corrosion of TC4 alloy and its coupled metals could be effectively reduced by micro-arc oxidation treatment of the TC4 alloy.
