摘  要:以六氟丙烯(C3F6)为处理气体,以氦气(He)为载气,在常压下实现等离子体准辉光放电。以此对棉织物进行表面改性处理,研究放电时间、功率、浓度等条件对拒水性能的影响。结果表明:织物与水接触角不随实验条件变化而明显变化,说明粗糙度相同时,水的接触角主要受织物的表面能影响;润湿时间随处理条件增强而增加,说明润湿时间主要受沉积层的覆盖率影响,随覆盖率增加而增加;处理后织物与水的接触角可达到130°左右,润湿时间可达到120 min以上;处理后的棉织物有良好的耐洗性能。利用XPS、ATR-FTIR对处理前后的织物表面进行分析发现,等离子体处理后的织物表面引入了含氟基团,沉积层可能具有类似聚六氟丙烯的结构。Pseudo-glow discharge was used to modify the surface of cotton fabric to improve the hydrophobicity by using hexafluoropropylene(C3F6) as the monomer and helium(He) as the carrier gas at atmospheric pressure.Effects of discharge time,power,concentration and other conditions on the water repellency of the treated fabric were investigated.It is shown that contact angle(CA) does not vary with experiment conditions,indicating that when roughness is the same,CA is governed by surface energy.The wetting time was mainly determined by the coverage of settled layer.The water contact angle of the treated sample can reach up to 130° and the wetting time is more than 120 min.The durability of the water repellency of the treated samples was tested.The surface structure of the cotton fabric before and after treatment was characterized by XPS,ATR-FTIR and the result shows that F-contained groups has been introduced on the cotton surface of the treated fabric and the settled layer has a polexafluoropropylene like structure.
