摘 要:以陕西省洛南县富钾岩石烧结物的水浸滤液为研究对象,在通入二氧化碳条件下加入氨水和仲丁醇,产生盐析作用,分离碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢钾,以制备农用硫酸钾。对氨-醇盐析法分离钾钠混合溶液的工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件下,分离后得到的碳酸氢钾质量分数为95.29%,将其溶解并加入硫酸制得硫酸钾产品,产品达到了国家农业用硫酸钾优等品标准。Take the filtered leaching-liquid of the sinter of the potassium-rich rocks from Luonan, Shaanxi as the object of the study. By inlet CO2 gas, ammonia and sec-butanol were added into the liquid, then NaHCO3 and KHCO3 were separated under the action of salting out to produce the agricultural potassium sulphate. Technology of separating Na - K mixed solution by ammonia - alcohol salting out method was studied. Experiment results indicated that the mass fraction of separated KHCO3 was up to 95.29% under the optimum process conditions. Sulfuric acid was added to the solution of KHCO3 to prepare potassium sulphate. Prepared K2 SO4 reached the first-rate of National Agriculture Potassium Sulphate Standard.
