白芷近缘野生种兴安白芷的生药学研究

摘　　要：目的对兴安白芷进行系统的生药学研究以区别于其他白芷类药材。方法按照常规生药学方法进行来源、性状、显微鉴定,按《中国药典》2005年版白芷项下方法进行薄层鉴别与含量测定。结果找出了兴安白芷在生药性状、组织构造及化学成分上的主要特征。结论为白芷种质资源的评价提供了参考依据。OBJECTIVE To explore the identification of Angelica dahurica Benth.et Hook-wild plants closely related to Angelicae dahurica.METHODS The routine pharmacognosy methods were used to study the original plant identification,morphological and histological identification,microscopic identification.TLC identification and content determination were explored according to the method of Angelica dahurica of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005.RESULTS The main characteristics of Angelica dahurica Benth.et Hook were found in Pharmacognosy,organizational structure and chemical compositions.CONCLUSION The results of the experiment provided the basis for the identification,development and utilization,and quality standards for Angelica dahurica＇s germplasm evaluation.
