摘  要:目的采用HPLC法同时测定射干中的芒果苷、鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素及次野鸢尾黄素,并比较了根茎及须中4种成分的含量。方法采用Kromail C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长260 nm。结果各成分浓度与峰面积在测定范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999),精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,平均加样回收率为96.35%~97.82%。结论所建方法可用于同时测定射干根茎及须中芒果苷、鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素及次野鸢尾黄素的含量。芒果苷、次野鸢尾黄素在须中含量高于根茎中。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of four medicinal bioactive components:mangiferin,tectoridin,tectorigenin,irisflorentin in Irdaceae by RP-HPLC and to compare the contents of 4 medicinal components in rhizome and beard.METHODS The assay was performed on a Kromail-C18 column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),eluted with a mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphate and gradient elution at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 266 nm.RESULTS The method had effective separation for mangiferin,tectoridin,tectorigenin and irisflorentin with good linearity(r0.9990).The reproducibility and stability were good and the average recovery were ranged from 96.35% to 97.82% for four components.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and reliable.The maximum content of mangiferin and irisflorentin were obtained in beard.
