摘　　要：介绍了首都医科大学在临床医疗与研究复合型高级人才培养中的探索与实践过程,提出了培养临床医疗与研究复合型高级人才的途径和方法。This paper introduces the exploration and practice of Capital Medical University in nurturing versatile talents with clinical and medical research capabilities.It proposes ways and methods to train such high-level talents.
