摘　　要：性腺疾病是一种严重危害个人、家庭和社会的复杂疾病。虽然近年来其诊疗技术均取得到了飞速发展,如激素及基因检测技术、激素替代及外科治疗等,但目前中国尚缺乏对性腺疾病的足够认识与关注,其实际患病人数远远高于已有报道。且尚缺乏对性腺疾病的大规模临床试验研究与规范化指南。Gonadal disorders are complex diseases that impose serious hamfful influences on individuals, families and the whole society. Despite the rapid advances in diagnosis and treatment over the past few years, such as detection techniques of hormones and genes, hormone replacement therapy and surgical treatment, the cognition of and concern to gonadal disorders remain inadequate in our country. In addition, the actual number of patients with gonadal disorders has been well higher than reported. Furthermore,large-scale clinical trials and standardized guidelines for gonadal disorders are still lacking
