摘　　要：通过海外低品磁铁矿资源开发工作实践，总结了全球低品磁铁矿贸易资源的分布及特点，指出了资源开发工作的难点，提出了保障矿山企业低品磁铁矿原料供应的资源开发建议和策略。Through the development practice of oversea low grade magnetite resource, the distribution and characteristics of global low grade magnetite resource are summarized. This paper also points out the difficulties of the seeking available resource of low grade magnetite around the world. It propounds the suggestion and strategies to safeguard the supply of raw material of low grade magnetite for the mining enterprises.
