摘  要:赞比亚谦比希铜矿主采区V盘区为倾斜中厚矿体,矿岩中等稳固,应用无底柱分段崩落法开采,生产中出现的矿石损失贫化较大问题,多年来一直未得到很好解决。本文从研究倾斜壁边界条件下废石漏斗的形成过程人手,查明了覆盖层废石沿上盘边壁快速到达出矿口,是导致下盘残留体过大的直接原因。由此提出导流放矿技术措施,即在采场顶部预留上盘三角矿柱,只在下盘侧与上分段采场崩透,形成导流口,将散体重力流在放矿初期引向采场的下盘侧,以此减缓顶部废石的下移速度。该措施在谦比希实施后,试验采场的矿石损失贫化率约降低6个百分点,取得了良好的技术经济效果。The No. 5 panel of main mining area in Chambishi copper mine is inclined medium-thick ore- body, which has been mined by the method of sublevel caving. The stability of ore and rock is moderate. The problem of high loss and dilution rates in practice has not been solved properly for several years. The paper started from the formation of waste funnel under the inclined boundary condition and found out the di- rect reason which caused the large remained mass in footwall was that the top waste arrives at the drawing point quickly. Then diversion drawing technology was proposed. It is that triangular pillar is arranged on top of the stope and only the side of footwall is blasted to the stope of upper sublevel as to form the diver- sion opening, which can slow down the moving down of the roof waste and lead gravity flow of granular media to the side of footwall at the beginning of drawing. After the implementation of the scheme, the loss and dilution rates of experimental stope were reduced by about 6 percentage points, ie. , a remarkable success.
