摘 要:目的探讨乌司他丁(UTI)、生大黄联合应用对急性胰腺炎(AP)模型大鼠的氧自由基、血清淀粉酶及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:假手术组、AP组、UTI组和UTI联合大黄组,每组15只。除假手术组外,其余各组均建立AP模型,分别于手术及治疗后12 h测定各实验组大鼠血清淀粉酶、TNF-α、SOD和MDA的变化。结果 UTI组、UTI联合大黄组与AP组相比,其血清淀粉酶、TNF-α及MDA下降,胰腺湿/干重比和血清SOD水平则明显升高。UTI联合大黄组较UTI组的各指标变化趋势更为显著(P<0.01)。结论 UTI和大黄联合治疗可有效治疗大鼠AP,效果优于单独使用UTI。Purpose To investigate the effects of Ulinastatin in combination with Rhubarb on oxygen radical,amylase(AMS) and tumor-necrosis-factors(TNF-α) in rats with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 60 SD rats were radomly divided into four groups:Sham-operation group(Ⅰ),AP group(Ⅱ),Ulinastatin-treated group(Ⅲ) and Ulinastatin combined with Rhubarb-treated group(Ⅳ).Each group has 15 rats.AP model was made except for Sham-operation group.After operation and treament for 12 hours,the serum SOD,MDA,AMS and TNFα were observed.Results Compared with the AP group,the amylase,TNF-α and MDA of Ⅲ and Ⅳ group were more lower.The SOD and W/D were increased,moreover,each target of Ⅳ group changed more remarkably than that of Ⅲ group.Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with Rhubarb has a therapeutic effect on AP of rats and is more effective than either of them.
