摘  要:实验以高繁殖力的大足黑山羊和繁殖力较低的萨能奶山羊为研究对象,比较2个山羊品种在一个发情周期内血浆中抑制素B(INHB)、活化素A(ACTA)和促卵泡激素(FSH)的分泌变化规律,旨在研究这3种激素与山羊繁殖力之间的关系。结果表明:大足黑山羊和萨能奶山羊血浆中FSH的分泌与ACTA呈正相关(P〈0.01,P=0.361),与INHB呈负相关(P=0.022,P=0.005),大足黑山羊在整个发情周期内血浆中FSH、ACTA平均浓度略高于萨能奶山羊(P〉0.05),而INHB平均浓度显著低于萨能奶山羊(P〈0.05)。从发情征状明显至排卵前这段时间内,大足黑山羊血浆中FSH平均浓度显著高于萨能奶山羊(P〈0.05)。结果提示,大足黑山羊卵泡期比萨能奶山羊长,发情周期内INHB与FSH的差异可能是导致大足黑山羊和萨能奶山羊繁殖力差异的根本原因之一。Dazu black goat with high productivity and Sanen dairy goat with low productivity were used as experiment objects in this research.The concentrations of INH B,ACT A and FSH in plasma were measured in order to study the secretion rule about INH B,ACT A and FSH during an estrus cycle of two goat breeds.These results were showed that the secretion of FSH showed a positive correlation with ACT A(P0.01,P=0.361),a negative correlation with INH B(P=0.022,P=0.005).The mean concentration of FSH(4.346 IU/L) in Dazu black goat was higher than that in Sanen dairy goat(4.137 IU/L) during an estrous cycle,but during the time from obviously estrus to ovulation,the mean concentration of FSH in Dazu black goat was significantly higher than that in Sanen dairy goat(P0.05).These results indicated that Dazu black goat with high productivity follicular phase is longer than Sanen dairy goat with low productivity.During an estrus cycle,differences in INH B and FSH might be the reason for fecundity differences.
