摘　　要：产业投资基金作为一种新的金融工具,是连接产业市场和金融市场的纽带,其对促进产融结合、资本有效运营和管理等具有重要作用。以重庆市为例,从重庆市轨道交通产业发展现状出发,分析了轨道交通产业引进产业投资基金的现实性和作用。在此基础上,就重庆市设立以轨道交通为核心的产业投资基金的基本原则、发展模式以及运行机制等问题进行了探索,提出了相关政策建议。The industry investment fund is a new financial instrument, which links industrial market and financial market and has vital significance to promote the meh of industry and finance, the effective operation and management of capital. This article takes Chongqing for example, starts from the state of the development of railway transportation industry in Chongqing and analyzes the feasibility and function about the introduction of industry investment fund in railway transportation. Then this article makes an exploration on the principle, development model and operational mechanism of how to construct industry investment fund with railway transportation as the core by Chongqing.
