摘  要:考察了双金属催化剂Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3(acac=乙酰丙酮)催化5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯(ENB)与甲基丙烯酸特丁酯(TBMA)共聚反应条件的影响因素。并用核磁共振波谱、红外光谱方法考察了共聚物的组成,用凝胶渗透色谱分析了聚合物的相对分子质量及其分布。结果表明,当n(三异丁基铝)∶n(乙酰丙酮铁)=23∶1,c(乙酰丙酮铁)=2.26×10-3 mol/L,聚合温度为70℃,聚合时间为6 h,溶剂为甲苯,总单体浓度4 mol/L,n(ENB)∶n(TBMA)=1∶1时,共聚物中ENB与TBMA摩尔分数分别为18.2%和81.8%,共聚物分散指数为Mw/Mn=1.33。The characteristics of copolymerization of 5-vinyl-2-norbornene(ENB) and tert-butyl methacrylate(TBMA) catalyzed by Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3 were investigated.The copolymer composition was characterized by means of IR,NMR,and the relative molecular weight and relative molecular weight distribution of the copolymer were determined by gel permeation chromatography.The results show that the molar fractions of 5-vinyl-2-norbornene(ENB) and tert-butyl methacrylate(TBMA) in the copolymer were respectively 18.2% and 81.8%,and the relative molecular weight distribution was Mw/Mn=1.33 when n(Al(i-Bu)3)∶n(Fe(acac)3) was 23∶1,c(Fe(acac)3) was 2.26×10-3 mol/L,polymerization temperature was 70 ℃,polymerization time was 6 h,solvent was toluene,c(ENB+TBMA) was 4 mol/L,and n(ENB)∶n(TBMA) was 1∶1.
