摘 要:通过TG-DSC、SEM和激光粒度分析仪对二水草酸镍在空气中热分解过程进行分析,研究结果表明:二水草酸镍在空气中的热分解过程经历了两个阶段,在175℃至275℃之间二水草酸镍失去结晶水生成了NiC2O4;从325℃至400℃之间NiC2O4被热分解为NiO。二水草酸镍在空气中热分解制备NiO过程中,在246.5℃至357.8℃之间,二水草酸镍在空气中热分解产物的粒径变化最大;在357.8℃至400.0℃之间,二水草酸镍在空气中热分解产物的粒径变化次之。因此,为了亚微米NiO,可以分段性地控制二水草酸镍的热分解条件。同时,以12℃/min的升温速率在空气中热分解二水草酸镍,并在400℃时保温10 min制备出了0.1~1.0μm之间占85.04%的亚微米氧化镍。The pyrolysates of NiC2O4.2H2O in the air were investigated by TG-DSC,SEM and TEM.The results showed that there are two stages in the pyrolytic process of NiC2O4.2H2O in the air.Firstly,the crystal water in NiC2O4.2H2O was lost from 175℃ to 275℃.Secondly,NiC2O4 was pyrolysized into NiO from 325℃ to 400℃.In the process of the pyrolytic decomposition of NiC2O4.2H2O,the variation of the particle size of the decomposition was greatest at temperature from 246.5℃ to 357.8℃.The variation of the particle size of the decomposition was smaller from 357.8℃ to 400.0℃.Therefore,the pyrolytic condition of NiC2O4.2H2O in the air was controlled if the sub-micron NiO powder was desired.At the same time,The percentage of sub-micron NiO,which is obtained through the pyrolytic decomposition of NiC2O4.2H2O at the rate of 12℃/min and at 400℃ for 10min,is 85.04% between 0.1 μm and 1.0 μm.
