摘 要:为了研究稀土镁镍系合金的循环贮氢性能与粉化特性,本文以La0.75Mg0.25Ni3.41Co0.2Al0.03Ti0.06合金为研究对象。压力-组成-温度(PCT)曲线与扫描电镜(SEM)分析结果表明,随循环次数增加,合金电极的吸/放氢量、吸/放氢平台压减小;合金氢化物的放氢效率降低。合金的循环前期容量衰减速率比后期大。在反复吸放氢后,合金颗粒平均尺寸减小,循环后期粉化程度较前期弱。贮氢合金粉化产物是合金偏析、表面粉碎、体积粉碎综合作用的结果。In order to investigate property of hydrogen storage and pulverization characteristic about rare earth Mg-Ni system alloy,the La0.75Mg0.25Ni3.41Co0.2Al0.03Ti0.06 alloy was studied.The hydrogen absorption/desorption property and pulverization characteristic were examined by using PCT and SEM.The results show that the PCT property parameters,involving the capability of hydrogen absorption/desorption,plateau pressure of hydrogenation/dehydrogenation and efficiency of dehydrogenate,decrease with increasing cycling number.The capacity decay velocity in preceding stage of cycling is more than that of advanced stage of cycling.After repeated hydrogen absorption/desorption,the average size of the alloy particles decrease,and the degree of pulverization in preceding stage of cycling is less than that of advanced stage of cycling.The pulverization product is the result of canbined action of alloy segregation,surface and volume pulverization.
