摘　　要：通过介绍公众通信平台的基本概念,分析公众通信平台的信息服务功能,从电话通信服务、移动通信服务、多媒体通信服务三个方面探讨如何利用公众通信平台应用于图书馆的信息服务模式。参考文献11。This paper first introduces the basic concepts of public communication platform, and then analyzes its function of information services. At last it discusses how to apply this public communication platform in the model of library information services from three aspects of telephone communication services, mobile communication services and multi - media communication services. 11 refs
