摘　　要：数字化环境下,外文全文电子数据库反映了各个学科领域的最新研究和进展,对于本学科领域内的科研起着重要的指导作用,受到越来越多科研人员的追捧。文章以中国国家图书馆购买的国际知名产品SpringerL ink(德国施普林格电子期刊)网络平台为例,论述了基于数字出版的外文期刊全文数据库服务模式的特点,并提出了图书馆对于数字资源强势发展下的思考。参考文献5。As an important guidance to respective scientific research in the digital environment, foreign full - text electronic database refleets the latest research progress in all fields of study and thus more and more researchers eome to use it. Taking the world brand SpringerLink network platform, which NLC has already purchased, as an example, this article discusses the service models features of foreign journal full - text database based on digital publication and puts forward some thoughts about NLC in the situation of digital assets boom. 5 refs.
