摘　　要：目的提高我国突发传染病疫情的现场流行病学调查与分析能力。方法利用传染病流行病学、统计学、数学和计算机等多学科知识,构建完善的数据库、判别模型和相关分析模块。结果研发了一种基于手持式电脑的,携带方便、操作简单、功能强大、灵活性较强的突发传染病疫情现场数据采集与分析系统。结论提高了突发传染病疫情现场数据采集与分析的准确性、时效性及科学性。Objective To improve the capacity of public health emergency field investigation and analysis.Methods We build databases,analysis model and related modules using multi-disciplinary knowledge including infectious diseases,statistics,mathematics and computer.Results We developed field data collection and analysis system for infectious diseases,which can be used to collect and analyze field quickly by handheld computer.Conclusion The system improves accuracy,timeliness and Scientific of field data collection and analysis.
