摘　　要：针对原进口的煤粉烧嘴不能满足壳牌粉煤加压气化炉长周期运行的现状,开展了煤粉烧嘴的技术研究及相应的国产化开发。通过对煤粉烧嘴的结构和工艺原理的剖析,研制了具有与原进口性能相当的国产化煤粉烧嘴,并得到了工业应用。Considering that the originally-imported burner for pulverized-coal can not meet a longterm running of Shell pulverized-coal pressurized gasifier both the technological research and corresponding nationalization development of burner for pulverized-coal are carried out.With the analysis of both burner structure and process principle a nationalized burner with the performance equivalent to the originally-imported ones is made and commercially applied to the plant with good economy and timeliness.
