摘 要:采用(CVD)法制备了一种类石墨材料,用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和Raman光谱对其形貌和结构进行分析,发现表面形貌为花瓣片状结构,边缘具有突出尖端。采用二极结构对其场发射性能进行测试。结果表明当外加电场1.7 V/μm时获得了μA级的发射电流;当电场为4 V/μm时,电流密度达到1.85 mA/cm2;开启电场为2.5 V/μm,最高工作电压为8×103 V到104 V。The graphite-like materials were received by thermal chemical vapor deposition(CVD),The microstructure and surface morphology of the graphite-like materials were characterized by Field emission Scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and Raman.The measurement results revealed that graphite-like materials were consisted of a series of flower-like graphite which had protruding tips in edge.The field-emission properties were tested by diode-type configuration.Test results show that the current can be reached to μA level at electric field of 1.7V/μm.And the current density is 1.85 mA/cm2 at electric field of 4 V/μm,the turn-on field is 2.5 V/μm,the maximum operating voltage is from 8×103V to 104V.
