小儿淋病治疗36例分析报告

摘　　要：目的了解小儿淋病的治疗方法,探讨头孢曲松钠和罗红霉素对小儿淋病的疗效。方法将36例淋病患儿随机分为两组,观察组18例,使用头孢曲松钠联合罗红霉素进行治疗,对照组18例,单纯性使用头孢曲松钠进行治疗,然后比较两组疗效。结果观察组18例患儿全部治愈,经过随访没有出现复发;对照组治愈11例,有效4例,无效3例,经过随访,有5例复发。两组疗效相比具有差异统计学意义,P<0.05。结论头孢曲松钠联合罗红霉素治疗小儿淋病疗效比较理想。Objective To acquaint the clinical treatments,explore the effect of ceftriaxone sodium and roxithromycin to treat and sum up the clinical experiences of the children＇s gonorrhea.Methods 36cases with the children＇s gonorrhea were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group（18cases） was given by treatment of ceftriaxone sodium combined with roxithromycin,and the control group（18cases） was given by treatment of simple ceftriaxone sodium,then compare the groups＇effects.Results 18patents of the observation group＇s were all cured,and among the follow-up,it had no recrudescence;11patents of control group were cured,4cases effective,3cases no effective,among the follow-up,it had 5 cases recrudescences.The effects of the two groups were significant,P0.05.Conclusion The treatment of ceftriaxone sodium combined with roxithromycin was perfect,it could be promote.
