摘　　要：翁文灏在以多种政府高官身份主管近代中国经济建设的过程中形成了独特的经济发展思想。它在体系上主要涉及经济发展的路径选择、制度安排和具体策略等三个互有关联的层面;其根本宗旨则是强调借助工业化的发展路径和政府主导的市场经济制度来推动中国国民经济快速发展,进而求得近代中国的独立富强和人民的幸福安康。Weng Wen-hao,as a senior government official in charge of modern Chinese economic construction,has brought forward a unique economic development thought.It mainly systematically consists of three inter-related dimensions i.e.the path selection,institutional arrangement and specific strategy of Chinese economic development.Its fundamental purpose is to em-phasize to make Chinese economic development rapid with the development path of industrialization and the institutional arrange-ment of government-led market economy,thus obtaining the national independence and prosperity and the people＇s happiness of modern China.
