县域投资环境竞争力比较研究:来自重庆市的例证

摘　　要：在构建县域投资环境竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,运用多元统计因子分析方法,以重庆市40个区县为例,综合测度县域投资环境竞争力,得出县域投资环境竞争力不均衡的结论;同时,实证结果还表明,产出能力、外部环境、投入能力、持续能力、创新能力及资源关联等方面因素从不同方面制约着县域投资环境竞争力。最后,就破解县域投资环境竞争力提出简要的对策建议。This paper has constructed the evaluation index system of the investment environment competitiveness, used the factor analysis, and measured, comprehensively, the 40 counties＇ investment environment competitiveness, and the unbalanced counties＇ investment environment competitiveness has been conclused. What＇ s more,some factors, including output ability, external environment, input capacity, sustainable ability, creative ability and resources, are related to the counties＇ investment environment competitiveness. Then, some suggestion is submitted.
