摘　　要：在分析当今起重机超载设备的基础上,提出须研制多功能的起重机超载监控记录仪。记录仪在实现精确测量、报警、限制动作的同时,利用CH375将起重机的历史运行数据转存入U盘,以便上位机分析。并且为更好满足实时监控的要求,运用GSM技术实时发送起重机的载重情况至监控室,实现了真正的实时监控。经实践证明:本记录仪功能全,可靠性好,实时性高。On the basis of analyzing present overload equipment of crane,development of multifunctional overloading monitor and recorder of crane is proposed.Functions of precision measurement,alarming,and restriction operation of the monitor and recorder are realized,in addition the historical operation data can be transferred to U-disk by using CH375.In order to meet demand of real time monitor,technology of GSM is adopted to transmit real-time data of crane to supervision room.So the real-time monitor is realized indeed.It is proved that the monitor and recorder completes full functions,and it has good reliability and real-time.
