开发利用大洋资源应作为国家的一项基本资源政策

摘　　要：文中阐述了我国镍、钴、铜、铂族金属资源现状和 2 0 10年需求预测 ,指出大洋国际海底具有陆地可接潜资源。开发大洋资源 ,开辟新的资源基地 ,应作为我国的一项基本资源政策 ,向海洋进军是实现国民经济建设可持续发展目标的重要战略之一。The status quo and the year 2010 demand forecast of mtallic resources such as nickel,cobalt,copper and platinum group are presented in this paper,concluding that the resources in the international ocean bed may serve as an alternative to land resources.Exploitation of ocean resources and development of new resources basis should be set as a fundamental national resource policy in China.Exploitation of ocean resources should be regarded as one of the important strategies for achieving sustainable development of the natinal economy.
