摘　　要：如何在以往实践经验基础上更好地实施老电站更新改造是目前浙江省小水电建设的重点,本文详细介绍了省内老电站更新改造的实施情况,从社会、经济和生态三个方面对已改电站进行了成效分析,全面总结了老电站改造过程中出现的问题及相应对策,为即将开展的全国农村水电增效扩容改造工作提供参考,使有限的资金投入发挥最大的综合效益。How to update and improve the old power stations on the basis of past experience is the key to the development of small hydropower in Zhejiang Province.In this paper,the authors have introduced in detail the conditions of updating and improving the old power stations in the province.From three perspectives,i.e.society,economy,and ecology,the authors have analyzed the effectiveness of power stations that have been updated and improved,and have comprehensively summarized the problems and countermeasures existing in the process of updating and improving old power stations,so as to provide references for the upcoming efficiency improvement and expansion of rural hydropower in the whole country and ensure that the limited capital investment can maximize the overall efficiency.
