重视老电站更新改造 助推新农村建设——以武义县上坊水电站为例

摘　　要：小水电做为可再生能源,其扶持"三农"的重要作用已成为共识。目前浙江省众多的小水电站经过多年运行,存在较大安全隐患,经济效益也受到很大影响。为充分发挥小水电在建设新农村中的作用,对电站进行更新改造已势在必行。本文以武义县上坊电站为例,分析老电站更新改造后在新农村建设中发挥的作用,并总结其推进老电站更新改造的做法以供参考。As renewable energy,the importance of small hydropower to 'issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers' has gained a consensus.Currently,after years of operation,a large number of small hydropower stations in Zhejiang province have potential safety hazard,and their economic benefit is also greatly affected.To give full play to small hydropower in the construction of new countryside,it is imperative to update and improve the power stations.In this paper,the author takes the Shang Fang Power Station of Wuyi County as an example,analyzes the role of updating and improving old power stations in the construction of new countryside,and summarizes its practice in updating and improving old power stations as reference.
