超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生及bFGF、ANG-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨超微血府逐瘀汤对急性心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生及bFGF、ANG-1表达的影响。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法复制急性心肌缺血模型,应用免疫组化法测定缺血心肌内皮细胞数和微血管密度(MVD),检测缺血心肌局部碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管紧张素1(ANG-1)表达的影响。结果:超微血府逐瘀汤组内皮细胞数、微血管密度及bFGF、ANG-1蛋白表达均有明显升高,与麝香保心丸组比较,差异显著(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:超微血府逐瘀汤能够促进心肌缺血大鼠缺血心肌血管新生,对缺血心肌具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与上调心肌局部bFGF、ANG-1蛋白表达有关。Objective：To explore the effects of the Angiogenesis and the bFGF and ANG-1 protein expressions of the icro-pieces Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on rats with acute myocardial Ischemia.Methods：The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make a model of acute ischemic myocardium.The microvessel vascular density（MVD） and the expression of bFGF and ANG-1 at protein level were observed in immuneohistochemical method.Results：Compared to Shexiang Baoxin group,the icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction could significantly enhance the levels of MVD and the protein expression of bFGF and ANG-1（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusions：The icro-pieces of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could promote angiogenesis and upregulate the expression of bFGF and ANG-1.It has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Upregulating the expression of bFGF and ANG-1 may be one of its mechanisms.
