大黄对急性肺损伤机械通气患者肺保护的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄在急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ALI/ARDS)机械通气的肺保护作用。方法:对符合纳入标准100例ALI患者随机分为两组,对照组50例给予常规综合治疗,治疗组50例加用大黄鼻饲;比较两组呼吸力学、血流动力学及动脉血气的变化等指标的变化以及患者上机天数、住ICU时间及ICU病死率。结果:治疗组与对照组的呼吸力学、血流动力学及动脉血气的变化及上机天数、住ICU时间及ICU病死率比较差异有显著性。结论:大黄能改善患者的呼吸力学、血流动力学及动脉血气指标,降低MOF发生率,缩短ICU时间,疗效确切。Objective： to observe Rhubarb＇s function on Lung Protection in acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome（ALI/ARDS）.Methods： 100 cases of ALI patients up to standard were randomly divided into two groups,and routine treatment was for 50 cases of control group while treatment with adding Rhubarb nasal feeding for 50 cases of treatment group;Compared index changes of respiratory mechanics,hemodynamics and changes of arterial blood gas and patients＇ computer days,time in CPU and mortality in CPU of two groups.Results： The compared difference was remarkable on respiratory mechanics,hemodynamics and changes of arterial blood gas and patients＇ computer days,time in CPU and mortality in CPU between treatment group and control group.Conclusion： By Rhubarb,patients＇ respiratory mechanics,hemodynamics and arterial blood gas index could be effectively improved,incidence of MOF was decreased and time of ICU was shortened.
