摘 要:高压直流控制保护系统在RTDS试验过程中,囿于RTDS仿真能力的限制,众多外围设备无法完全放入RTDS建模。由于没有足够的测控单元和现场设备,导致直流控制系统面临'控无可控'的局面,执行顺序、连锁逻辑等重要功能不能得到测试。Profisim(Process Field Simulator)现场层模拟系统在工控机上通过软件的方式建立一次设备模型和测控单元模型,然后再通过数据IO卡、Profibus现场总线、IEC61850通信,与直流控制保护系统、RTDS实时数字仿真设备构成完整的闭环测试系统,解决了RTDS的仿真瓶颈,实现了对直流控制保护系统的完整测试。该成果已成功应用于高岭背靠背直流联网工程的控制保护系统试验,结果表明缩短了试验周期、提高了试验质量。In the experiment of HVDC control protection equipment,it is necessary to set up an HVDC simulation system in line with the practical projects by taking advantage of RTDS.There are many field devices and measurement control units in actual system which can't be modeled inside RTDS due to the limitation of RTDS's simulation capacity.It is very difficult to set up the experimental system by physical devices because of their huge amounts,complicated connection.Without setting up the simulation system on these devices,many important functions in HVDC control protection equipment,such as execution order,inter-lock logic etc.,can't be tested.In order to solve the problem,the Process field simulator system(Profisim),which simulates the actual measurement control units and field devices,has been developed,which forms a complete closed loop test system with HVDC control protection,RTDS simulator.In summary,the Profisim system solves the bottleneck of RTDS simulator,and realizes a complete testing for HVDC control protection equipment.The Profisim system has been successfully applied to control protection system test of GaoLing back to back interconnection project,which shows that the test cycle is shortened,and the test quality is improved.
