摘　　要：通过对实验动物设施消毒灭菌常用化学药剂化学性质及其在使用过程中综合因素的比较分析,为正确选择适合的消毒灭菌试剂和方法提供科学依据,同时着重介绍了二氧化氯作为一种绿色环保的化学药剂在动物设施消毒灭菌中的优势,建议在实验动物设施的消毒灭菌中加以推广应用。In order to achive the reliable asepsis and sterilization in laboratory animal facilities,the selection of chemical reagents should base on the chemical characteristics of the reagent,aseptic methods and features of laboratory animal facilities.Chlorine dioxide is recommended because its utility does not harm to the environment.
