摘　　要：该文不同于传统园林研究通常停留在空间体验的描述性分析上,而尝试运用理性方法来解读园林,以期获得更清晰的理解。以"步移景异"的作用原理为依据,设计一种量化与图表的研究方法,并以苏州网师园为例,从路径与空间等方面入手,对其空间多样性作了一系列分析,最后得出若干带规律性的结论和启示。While former research of traditional gardens usually is based on descriptive analysis of spatial experiences,this paper tries to investigate gardens by rational analysis in order to achieve a clearer understanding.A method of quantification and diagram is designed according to the principle of＂different views with each movement of step＂.Taking Wangshiyuan Garden as an example,some general rules and inspirations are obtained through the study on such aspects as path and space,etc.and a series of analysis of its spatial diversity.
