摘　　要：本文以简单的专家集体商议的办法来确定绩效评价指标的权重,简化了评价过程,可操作性较强,所构建的土地开发整理绩效评价指标体系,从土地开发整理工程措施对土地利用的影响入手,较准确地计量和描述了因土地开发整理投资项目的实施给经济、生态环境、社会等方面带来的效益与效果,从总体上分析和评价了实施土地开发整理项目的综合效应,对于相同类型土地开发整理项目的绩效评价具有较好的指导作用。Based on the simple method of the expert negotiating,this paper made sure the performance evaluation indexes weights,that simplified the evaluation process and the maneuverability was strong.This paper constructed the land development and consolidation project of performance evaluation index system,according to the influence that the engineering measures of land development and consolidation project on the land use.The index system accurately measured and described the benefits and effect what the implementation of land consolidation project took for economic,ecological environment and society.This paper analyzed and evaluated the comprehensive effect of land consolidation overall,has good guidance for the same type performance evaluation of land consolidation project.
