摘　　要：参保患者持卡就医实时结算的费用支付方式打破了医院传统的收费模式,给医院经济管理工作带来了机遇和挑战。医院管理者应及时转变服务理念,积极研究应对策略,不断优化就医流程,努力适应医改新形势。The new charge mode of health insurance outpatients with medical card real-time settlement has brought new challenge for the hospital.So the management should change the service concept timely to research strategies actively,optimize medical treatment processes continuously,and adapt to the new situation medical reform.
