摘　　要：通过对护理单元成本管理的现状分析,探索疗养院疗治结合护理成本管理的方法,指出护理成本管理成为护理管理的必然趋势,护理成本管理树立医护人员主人翁意识,增强医护人员的工作责任心,充分体现了"低耗高效"。The article analyzed current conditions of cost management in nurse unit,discussed the management method of nurse cost in the sanatorium with combination of recuperation and treatment under the joint logistics system.It is an inevitable trend to emphasize management of nurse cost during nursing management.The management stimulates the medical staff＇s sense of ownership and strengthens their responsibilities,fully reflects the merit of high efficiency and low cost.
