摘　　要：本文对维和军人在维和期间三个阶段的心理变化进行归类,阐述不同阶段心理问题的主要表现,对心理问题成因进行分析,提出维和军人健康心理的培养方法及对策。The article clarified the psychological changes of peace-keeping soldiers at three stages when undertaking peace-keeping endeavors,elaborated the main manifestations of their psychological problems at different stages,analyzed the causes contributable to the problems,and put forward countermeasures to cultivate sound mental health for peace-keeping soldiers.
